Bryce Dallas Howard

Bryce Dallas Howard (born March 2, 1981) is an American actress, perhaps best known for her film roles in the M. Night Shyamalan-directed The Village and Lady in the Water, and as Gwen Stacy in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3.

She appeared in several of her father's films as an extra before her feature film début came in director Alan Brown's 2004 drama, Book of Love. She also appeared in numerous productions on the New York stage, but her breakthrough role came in M. Night Shyamalan's The Village, which she was cast in without having to audition after Shyamalan saw her in a Broadway show. Following that, Howard was cast by Lars Von Trier to replace Nicole Kidman as Grace in Manderlay (2005). She collaborated again with Shyamalan in the 2006 release Lady in the Water, in which she plays Story, a type of water nymph called a "narf."

In 2006 she starred as Rosalind in Kenneth Branagh's film version of Shakespeare's As You Like It, opposite David Oyelowo as Orlando. The film played theatres in Europe, but went directly to cable in the U.S. Ms. Howard was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for her performance.

In May 2007 she appeared as Peter Parker's new love interest Gwen Stacy in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3 starring Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst. She dyed her naturally red hair blonde for the role (while the naturally blonde Dunst's hair is dyed red for the role of Mary Jane Watson). Howard won the role and beat out Elisha Cuthbert and Sienna Miller for the part.

She will play the lead role in her upcoming film, The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond, co-starring Chris Evans, Ellen Burstyn and David Strathairn. She landed the role after Lindsay Lohan dropped out.

She wrote and directed a short film, Orchids, starring Alfred Molina as part of Glamour magazine's "Reel Moments" series funded by Cartier and FilmAid International.

Heidi Montag

Heidi Montag (born September 15, 1986 in Crested Butte, Colorado) is an American reality television personality best known for appearing on the MTV reality television series The Hills. Montag works as an event planner for Bolthouse Productions and is also an aspiring singer.

In the summer of 2005, MTV began filming the lives of Laguna Beach cast member Lauren Conrad and her college friends for her spin-off reality show, The Hills. Montag's reality TV career began with a few appearances on season two of MTV's Laguna Beach. Montag's friendship with Conrad led to a featured role in The Hills, which premiered on May 31, 2006. Montag was featured in the series sharing an apartment with Conrad while studying at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles. Montag left the Fashion Institute in fall of 2005 when she was hired as an intern at Bolthouse Productions. According to Montag, she dropped out because she "did not find the school challenging". Within two years, Montag was promoted from intern to event planner at Bolthouse, and has no plans to return to fashion school.

Montag appeared in every episode of seasons one and two of The Hills, and appeared in season three, which aired on MTV on August 13, 2007.

The nature of Montag's role in future seasons of The Hills is unclear since she is no longer living with Conrad and no longer speaks with her because of conflicts which occurred during their time as roommates, which surrounded Montag's relationship with Spencer Pratt. Despite a major role on the show, she did not appear on The Hills: Finale After Party, broadcast live from MTV's New York headquarters or The Hills: MTV Canada Finale After Show (filmed at MTV's Toronto studios).

At The Hills: MTV Canada Finale After Show, cast member Audrina Patridge made it public that she no longer speaks with or sees Montag.

Montag has discussed taking acting classes, saying she hopes The Hills will help her jump start a film career. She has expressed a desire to have appearances in "some movies" in addition to "a couple of hit albums". In a recent Blender Magazine interview, Montag revealed her intentions of one day winning an Academy Award.

Amy Winehouse

Amy Jade Winehouse (born 14 September 1983) is an English singer-songwriter, known for her eclectic mix of various musical genres including soul, jazz and R&B.

Winehouse's 2003 debut album Frank did well, both commercially and critically, in her native Britain. It was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Her 2006 follow-up album Back to Black led to six Grammy Award nominations and five wins, tying the record for the most wins by a female artist in a single night and becoming the first British singer to win five Grammys, including three of the "Big Four": Best New Artist, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. On February 14, 2007, she won a BRIT Award for Best British Female Artist; she had also been nominated for Best British Album. She has won the Ivor Novello Award twice, among other prestigious distinctions.

Winehouse has created media buzz apart from her singing. Her distinctive style, most notably her signature beehive hairstyle, has spawned imitators and been the muse for fashion designers, most notably Karl Lagerfeld. The singer's struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, as well as self-destructive behaviour, have become regular tabloid news since 2007. She and her husband have also been plagued by legal troubles that have led to the cancellation of several tour dates.

Jacqueline Lovell

Jacqueline Lovell (b. December 9 1974, Beverly Hills, California) is an American model and film actress.

Jacqueline Lovell was born and raised in Southern California. From a very young age, she had the immense innate talent and enthusiasm for performance. She expressed this through school musicals and church plays from grade school through high school. In much of her free time, she was writing skits and performing them for her family. She attended many schools during her formative years, which instilled drive and independence in her. At eighteen, she went to Santa Monica College to pursue accounting and later landed a full time job as an accountant.

However, she quickly realized her hunger was not being fulfilled. So she set sail and journeyed into the world of modeling. She quickly became the number one nude model in 1995 and was in over 150 magazines by '96. She completed more than 80 videos for Playboy, Penthouse and numerous independents. Not only beautiful but also intelligent, she became the publisher for "Babe" Magazine. She also wrote for "Femme Fatales" Magazine and for major internet corporations such as Danni Ash's Harddrive. After being in the industry for one year, Jacqueline's desire to grow as a person led her to acting classes. As she studied her craft, her vocation became clear. She started as an extra in Forest Gump, The Truth about Cats and Dogs, Murder She Wrote, Baywatch Nights and before long her talent was recognized. She was cast in lead roles for Full Moon Entertainment, Zalman King Productions, Mystique Films, and many more.

Jacqueline has acted in films around the world planting her seed in film history. She has easily become one of the top erotic actresses in Hollywood. Others with as much success in erotic films might be content to focus only on that genre. But not someone with Jacqueline's talent. She has closed this chapter in her life to focus on mainstream roles.

Emily Blunt

Emily Olivia L. Blunt (born February 23, 1983) is a Golden Globe Award-winning English actress known for her work in the film My Summer of Love and her appearance as Emily Charlton in The Devil Wears Prada. At the 2007 Golden Globes Ceremony, she won the Best Supporting Actress award for the BBC TV film, Gideon's Daughter, and was also nominated for The Devil Wears Prada.

Blunt made her professional debut in Bliss a new play commissioned by the National Theatre, at the 2000 Edinburgh Festival while she was still an A-level student. In 2003, she made her screen debut in the British television drama Boudica, about the life of the ancient British warrior-queen who fought the Romans. She also won considerable praise for her performance as the 16th-century queen Catherine Howard in the two-part British television drama Henry VIII.

Blunt's breakout role was as Tamsin in the dark British movie, My Summer of Love in 2004, which depicted a story of deception and lesbian love in the English countryside. She shared an Evening Standard British Film Award for Most Promising Newcomer with co-star Nathalie Press.

In 2005 she co-starred with Bill Nighy and Miranda Richardson in the British TV drama Gideon's Daughter, an original screenplay written and directed by Stephen Poliakoff, in which she played the troubled only child of New Labour spin doctor Gideon Warner, played by veteran British character actor Bill Nighy.

More recently, she starred opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in the box-office success, The Devil Wears Prada. Streep and Hathaway received most of the critical attention initially, but Blunt proved to be equally memorable with Entertainment Weekly naming her the Best Female Scene-Stealer in their end-of-summer special issue. She appeared at the 79th Academy Awards where she co-presented the award for best costume design with her The Devil Wears Prada co-star Anne Hathaway.

Blunt and Hathaway also lost weight for their roles in the film. In an interview with Us Weekly, Hathaway said “I basically stuck with fruit, vegetables and fish (to slim down for the movie). I wouldn’t recommend that. Emily Blunt and I would clutch at each other and cry because we were so hungry". Blunt also spoke about the weight loss, where she claims she had to go 'painfully thin'.

Blunt later co-starred with Susan Sarandon in the independent drama Irresistible. When Sarandon became attached to starring in another movie, The Girl In The Park she strongly suggested that director David Auburn should cast her. Blunt did audition for the part — she almost received the role — but lost out to Kate Bosworth.

Blunt has worked on a number of upcoming movies. She is currently filming The Young Victoria in which she plays the title character, and is rumored to be starring in the English Civil War mini series The Devil's Whore.

Alexa Chung

Alexa Chung (born November 5, 1983) is a British TV presenter and former fashion model. She is the girlfriend of Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner.

Chung was first scouted by an agency, Elite Model Management, while attending The Clothes Show at the age of 14, but nothing came of it. She was approached again, at Reading Festival, at the age of 16 years and was taken on by the London-based agency, Storm Model Management. She was a cover girl for teen magazines such as Elle Girl and CosmoGIRL! and appeared in adverts for products including Fanta, Sony Ericsson, Sunsilk and Tampax. She also modelled for Urban Outfitters. Chung later said, “I was willing to look like a bit of an idiot. I was never too precious about the faces I pulled. I did loads of teen magazines and rubbish high street campaigns.” She recalled that, "The worst job by far was when I had to straddle a massive loo roll in a factory in Finland, wearing just my underwear. It was for Now magazine. I was supposed to be playing the sexy secretary but the other model started crying, saying her boyfriend would go mad if she appeared in just her underwear and could we possibly switch roles. That was a very low point." She appeared in music videos for artists including The Streets, Westlife, Delta Goodrem, Reuben and, famously, shared an on-screen lesbian kiss with Holly Valance – an experience she later described as “a bit rank”. She also starred as Jake in a scripted reality show called Shoot Me, broadcast on Fashion TV in 2005. Chung herself admitted it was “really bad”.

After four years, Chung quit modelling with the intention of beginning an art foundation or fashion journalism course, having become disillusioned. This was partly because of the commercial nature of the work she was being offered. “They’d say, “Yeah, well, we’re going to be a bit edgy and try and make it look like a Chloé shoot.” “Why wasn’t I on the actual Chloé shoot?” However, it was mainly due to the “distorted body image” and “low self-esteem” modelling had given her. “It made me really unhappy.” She has since said that, “I’ve used up all that neurosis – there’s none left. I’d rather have a bigger brain than smaller bones.”

In January 2008, Chung was announced as the face of Antipodium's Spring Summer 2008 collection, which is on sale in Liberty and Harvey Nichols.

Chung first auditioned as a T4 presenter when she was 18 but “didn’t get anywhere because I was hideously Hampshire, going “Ya, ya”, and thinking I was really funny”.

When the original Popworld presenters, Miquita Oliver and Simon Amstell left in 2006, Chung’s audition tape was reviewed and, in April 2006, she was offered the job of co-host, alongside former MTV presenter Alex Zane. Popworld was known for its witty, irreverent and awkward style of interviews. An interview Chung conducted with Panic at the Disco, in particular, attracted attention. “I corrected singer Brendon Urie’s grammar halfway through and then it all went a bit cold. He got pi**ed off after that. The clip is on YouTube and about 10,000 American kids have left comments saying: ‘Oh my God, who does she think she is? I hate the English.’ Which is amusing.” Other memorable moments include Chung asking Gwen Stefani whether her new "surprising" perfume would smell like bacon and helping Paul McCartney compose a song about shoes. The last show aired in July 2007, after Channel 4 decided not to recommission the programme.

Chung and Zane also presented a weekly, internet-streamed radio show called Popworld Radio from September 2006 to May 2007, in conjunction with the TV programme.

In April 2007, Chung starred in the ITV1 series Get a Grip, opposite comedian Ben Elton. The topical satirical show was scripted by Elton. Chung was unfazed by the move from music television to political satire, saying "He'll tell me about Margaret Thatcher and I'll hit him with some facts about Razorlight". The show was panned by the critics.

In August 2007, Chung signed a year-long "golden handcuffs" deal with Channel 4, worth £100,000. As part of this deal, she appeared as a panellist on quiz show 8 out of 10 Cats, guest presented Big Brother’s Big Mouth and presented T4’s coverage of V Festival, T in the Park and T4 on the Beach. She has also hosted a number of T4 Movie Specials, 4Music Specials, along with T4 Holiday Mornings.

In Autumn 2007, Chung began presenting Channel 4’s early morning music programme Freshly Squeezed, with alternating co-hosts Nick Grimshaw and Rick Edwards. The show airs on weekdays at 7am.

In December 2007, she was at number 18 in Broadcast's Hot 100 Talent list.

In January 2008, Chung became one of four anchor T4 presenters, following the departure of June Sarpong.

Chung was the host of T4’s Vanity Lair, a ten-week reality show that aimed to explore contemporary notions of what being a beautiful person really means.

She is the presenter of BBC Three's The Wall, along with Rhys Thomas. The live show features comedy, sketches, chat and music performances and is aired on Tuesday nights at 11pm.

Chung has also hosted industry events including the Hair Magazine Awards 2007, Diesel U Music Awards 2007 and the Elle Style Awards 2008.
